AfriOceans in partnernship with Pisces Divers are running a lucky draw till the 31st July. The lucky winner will win cowshark (sevengill shark) dive for two worth R1 000 valid for one year. If you are not a SCUBA diver, you will stand the chance to win an autographed copy of world renowned shark expert, Dr Leonard Compagno's book, 'Sharks of the World'.

How to Enter Lucky Draw
All you have to do to stand a chance to win this incredible prize is BECOME A MEMBER of AfriOceans and make a re-occurring payment of a minimum of R40 per month (USA $10 p/m or UK £8 p/m minimum) in one of two ways:

About the Prize
The winners can expect to enjoy an incredible shark diving experience with Pisces Diver, run by Mike Nortje. Mike is a longstanding supporter of AfriOceans when in 2008 he donated his time and boat to the release of Elle, a raggedtooth shark from the Two Oceans Aquarium, as part of the M-Sea Programme, an AfrOceans project. He runs the most professional diving operation in False Bay and it was him who put cowshark diving on the map, while others have since followed his lead. There are few places in the world that one can view sevengill sharks, and this site is very unique and particularly stunning as the sharks weave through the kelp forests and, without any bait needed, come right up to the divers.

Lucky Draw Rules
The competition is open to qualified SCUBA divers with Open Water 1 certificates who wish to be included in the draw for the shark dive, and to all none divers who wish to be in the draw for the book. It does not include travel costs to South Africa. The prize is not exchangeable, except for the book prize option, and valid for only one year. To qualify for the draw you must either become a member at a minimum of R40 per month (USA $10p/m or UK £8 p/m) OR make a once off donation of a minimum of R100 (USA $20 or UK £15 minimum). For other currencies please use the USA Dollar rate for your conversion. Any amounts less than the above will not qualify for the draw, but amounts larger will still be included. Winners will be announced on the 15 August 2011 by a notification posted on the AfriOceans homepage.
