AfriOceans Special Events
In partnership with funders like the City of Cape Town Environmental Resource Management Department and the YES Programme, AfriOceans conducts Environmental Education Programmes such as the International Coastal & River Cleanup Week, Marine Week and Blue Flag beaches.
2010 - 2011 Special Events that AfriOceans will be coordinating:
- YES International Coastal & River Cleanup Week Monday 13 - Friday 17 September 2010
- National Marine Month Monday 11 - Friday 15 October 2010
- Blue Flag Programme December 2010 - March 2011
- Blue Flag Staff Training November 2010
- Blue Flag Learner Programmes Tuesday 1 March - Thursday 3 March & Tuesday 8 - Thursday 11 March 2011
