The circles at 5, 25 and 50 km intervals denote distances from the point of the sharks' tagging. When their tags pop-up in July 2007 the tags positions will intersects one of these circles. Circles reflect "As-the-crow-flies" distances from the point of tagging i.e. Struisbaai. Although the kilometres are in increments of 5 kilometres you may choose a smaller number e.g. 192 kilometres west. You may choose either direction i.e. east or west. The person who chooses the correct position, or closest to that of the tag which belongs to the shark that swims the furthest, will be judged the winner. Second and third prize will be awarded to the second and third closest positions.
