Shark Satellite Tag Competition

As part of the Save Our Seas Foundation M-Sea Programme, an AfriOceans Conservation Alliance initiative, in collaboration with Two Oceans Aquarium, sponsored by Save Our Seas Foundation, 2 raggedtooth sharks were satellite tagged in March 2007. The tags, which are programmed to surface in July 2007, will allow us to gain greater knowledge about raggedtooth sharks so that we can protect and conserve them in the future.

You are invited to enter this exciting competition and guess the kilometres travelled by the shark that swims the furthest, East or West of Struisbaai, its tagging position. First prize will be awarded to the closest correct position guessed, while second and third prize will go to the next two closest entries.

First Prize
